Our policy strictly states that homes cannot be reserved solely based on the deposit. If a client is unable to provide the required deposit and subsequently loses the opportunity to rent a home, an additional fee of $500.00 will be charged to assist them in finding another suitable place. Please understand once this process starts their are no refunds. If we secure home you must be able to pay deposit and rent same day or you forfeit the initial fee and must start over.
